Heads Up!

This one came via Vincent over at Mike Ruppert's blog: Bush declares a 'state of emergency' in Washington as cost of Obama's swearing-in ceremony soars to £110m. Mike offers some very interesting commentary on who will actually be holding the reigns of power on January 20 during this "state of emergency." It will be none other than the VP, Dick Cheney, the same administration offical who held absolute power via another "state of emergency" on September 11, 2001.
